baby photographers washington & oregon: at home

After meeting at our maternity session this fall (click here if you haven’t seen it yet) I was so excited to come back down to Albany Oregon for Cody and Edith’s lifestyle at home session with their new baby boy. It was a chilly wet Oregon winter morning but we were nice and snug in the house.

Edith is a photographer (see her work here) who I met in a Facebook group online and have since became fast friends with. I love watching her grow into motherhood and I am so excited to watch her wonderful family grow. Here are a few of my favorites from our session together.

I LOVE at home sessions and one of my big goals for 2014 is to photograph more families at home.. maternity, welcoming a new baby into your family, or just celebrating the everyday moments together. I love to be a part of those little moments. Parents and kids playing together, making breakfast, gardening spending time as a family.. there are so many great memories to be preserved.
