I am thrilled to be a part of a very exciting new adventure with my dear friend Christina who is having a book of her quilting patterns and techniques that is being published in the near future! Christina’s blog “The Sometimes Crafter” has been a wonderful source of inspiration to myself and so many others for several years.

The wide variety of sewing, crafting, quilting, knitting and crocheting,  patterns and tutorials along with her delicious recipes that she shares and beautiful images of her work along with personal things like her adorable son and super cute cats make her blog a must read… that means go over there right now and book mark her page!

I was honored to be the photographer for her “tools and techniques” portion of her the new book and I can’t wait to have my images published!!!

Of course I can’t share too much but here are a few sneak peeks from our shoot for the book. I will make an announcement when the book is released… maybe I can even get my hands on a few autographed copies to giveaway….

This is “Newman” the most dog-like cat I have ever met…obsessed with being wherever the “action” is he will follow you around and lay right on top of whatever you are trying to photograph.. he has made me rethink getting a cat someday
